In the Gospel of John 10:9,
Jesus said, "I am the gate (door), by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved and shall go in and out, and find pasture."
The Lord spoke this scripture to us in 2001 as we started a new work. It was the revelation of the Lord as The Door,
as The Gate, into an exciting and fulfilling new life that birthed the name of the church! We have discovered, along
with Christian believers everywhere, that the Lord is truly The Gate into a life filled with promise and purpose, and
with hope for a better future both in this life and in the life to come! It is through a personal relationship with
the Lord that we know Him as The Gate, the one who leads us into salvation, into the Spirit filled life and into a life with
the promise of a better tomorrow.
